Ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u015firketi Knight Frank taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan K\u00fcresel Konut Fiyat Endeksi&#039;ne g\u00f6re, \u00fclke konut fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ABD, Japonya, \u0130zlanda ve Kanada&#039;n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde mutlak lider konumunda.<br \/> Son 12 y\u0131lda T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de konut fiyatlar\u0131 641.151 TTG art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma yapmak gerekirse, AB \u00fclkelerinde bu g\u00f6stergedeki ortalama art\u0131\u015f 44,71 TTG oldu.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>T\u00fcrkiye&#039;de gayrimenkule yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak neden karl\u0131?<\/strong><br \/> T\u00fcrkiye, y\u0131ll\u0131k konut fiyat art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 en y\u00fcksek olan \u00fclkeler s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda birinci s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131.
