In the summer of 2026, construction of the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bali Anta continued on several fronts. The main hotel building has already been completed, and interior, engineering, and roofing work has begun, while construction of the villa complex continues.
Hotel building
After the main construction work on the hotel building was completed, the main focus shifted to the interior decoration and engineering systems.
The installation of walls and partitions, plastering and other interior work continues.
At the same time, installation of utility lines began in the building. Work on the fire safety system in the basement also began.
Rooftop and roofing
One of the notable stages was the beginning of the formation of the roof structure on the rooftop.
The steel structure is being installed: columns, rafters and purlins are being installed, and the frame of the future roof is being formed.
Installation of the roofing system elements and the roof façade module is carried out in parallel. Thus, the rooftop gradually takes on its intended architectural appearance and moves from the construction stage to subsequent finishing work.
The infinity pool bowl was also concreted on the rooftop.
Villa complex
The construction of the villas proceeded in parallel at different stages during the summer.
Foundation work and installation of floor slabs are ongoing at some of the buildings, while wall construction and structural work are already underway at the new villas.
Brickwork has begun on the 1BR villas, and interior spaces and future layouts are being finalized. Roofing work is also underway.
Thus, by the end of the summer, the complex is progressing simultaneously on several construction fronts: from the foundations and structures of new villas to masonry, roofing, and interior work on more completed buildings.
The next stage
The summer period has seen Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bali Anta transition from the main body construction to engineering, roofing, and interior finishing, while villa construction continues to ramp up.
The project gradually integrates individual construction processes into a single complex, in which a hotel building, a rooftop, and a villa complex are simultaneously being formed.
