Over the summer, ANTA Home Neon reached one of the most significant milestones in its project: following the completion of the monolithic work, the main processes shifted to engineering, interior finishing, procurement, and preparation for launch.
Completion of engineering works
During the summer months, a significant amount of work was completed on the apartment's engineering systems.
The main communications have been completed, and work on the power supply and wiring, fire extinguishing system, air conditioning, and underfloor heating has continued.
At the current stage, the project has entered the commissioning phase. Specialists are checking, adjusting, and testing the utility systems before the facility is put into operation.
Elevators
Work with elevators has become a separate area.
Elevator equipment is being tested and adjusted at the facility. The necessary documentation for obtaining the green label is being prepared simultaneously.
Finishing and furnishing of apartments
The apartments have gradually moved from the construction finishing stage to the furnishing stage.
Work has been completed on installing floors, painting walls and ceilings, tiling bathrooms, and installing suspended ceilings.
Installation of cabinetry, including kitchen units, has begun. Baseboards and door trims are also being installed.
At the same time, the team is addressing individual issues and completing final finishing touches to the premises.
Facade and entrance groups
Work on the building's exterior continued.
The façade finishing and installation of translucent structures have been completed.
Installation of architectural façade lighting, landscaping of the surrounding area, and work on entrance areas, including the installation of ramps, are also underway.
Moving on to the final stage
In parallel, the team prepares the object for receipt ISKAN – a document confirming the completion of construction and the facility’s compliance with the requirements for its commissioning.
The project is gradually entering its final stages, and the team's primary task now is to consistently complete all necessary work and prepare the facility for the next stages of launch.
