Agreement

The lease term for the land plot on which the facility is being built is 51 years (26 years of lease with a guaranteed right to extend it for another 25 years). The land lease agreement was concluded with PT Anta Group Development, a company registered in Indonesia, which has all the necessary permits for construction in Bali.
