The project has made significant progress in recent months, with dozens of parallel processes taking place on the construction site every day.
The hotel building is moving to the next stage of construction
The hotel continues to construct interior walls and partitions, with rough finishing and plastering underway. As construction phases progress, increasing attention is being paid to preparing the interior spaces for the final finishing.
Villa complex
One of the most notable changes in recent months has been the construction of a villa complex. To date, single-story villas with private pools and two-story one-bedroom villas have been built, shaping the architectural design of the future resort.
Meanwhile, construction on the next phases continues. Foundation slabs and floor slabs are being installed, structural elements of the new villas are being erected, and waterproofing of the foundation structures is being completed.
Work has also begun on laying foundations for two-bedroom villas.
Infrastructure
In parallel with the construction of residential buildings, the creation of the complex’s infrastructure continues.
One of the key elements will be a spacious lagoon-style pool, surrounded by recreation areas and public spaces. Specialists have already begun reinforcing the pool basin, gradually forming the central recreational area of the entire complex.
