Big Waves and Anta Group have started investing in villas and apartments on the Indonesian island of Bali. The founder of Chornomorka, Olga Kopylova, is also interested on the island and plans to open two restaurants there. What they are counting on.

Since June 2023, Artur Lupashko's management company Ribas Hotels Group has already taken over four properties in Bali. Three of them are being built by Ukrainian developers Big Waves Development and Anta Group. “Two more projects in Bali are at the final stage of signing a memorandum,” says Lupashko.
The most popular type of real estate being built there are apartments, says Anton Taranenko, founder of Anta Group.
Artur Mkhitaryan, founder of Taryan Group, is also interested in Bali. His Taryan Dragon complex, which has been under construction since the fall of 2023, has fitness and spa centers, restaurants, shops, and a surf school.
All developers are actively looking for apartment buyers along with the construction.
Olga Kopylova, the founder of the Chernomorka chain, is also looking at the Island of the Gods. Within two years, she plans to open two restaurants serving local fish dishes there.
