Since 2015, I have been developing tourist locations.
First it was Kiev, then the whole of Ukraine. This is how the Visit Ukraine and Visit World projects came into being.
While developing the business, I began investing in various assets, mainly in real estate.
I started with Ukraine: my partner and I invested in countryside complexes in the Kyiv region. Then there was Turkey and the UAE.
My background in the tourism sector gave me an understanding of what kind of real estate would be profitable.
Over time, I founded ANTA Group, an international real estate development company. Today we are creating our own projects for living and investment in Turkey and on the island of Bali.

- the property is located in an area open for residence permit
At the cadastral value of the property 400k$+ - there is an opportunity to apply for Turkish citizenship. On the island of Bali to obtain a residence permit and citizenship is not associated with the purchase of real estate. This is a separate procedure.
