During the first quarter of 2026, the ANTA Home Neon project entered the engineering systems and interior work implementation phase.
After the monolithic work was completed, the main focus was on the building's utility systems. Installation of the apartment power supply system, electrical wiring, air conditioning, and fire suppression systems is underway. An underfloor heating system is also being installed.
Part of the interior work involves plastering walls and ceilings.
Simultaneously, façade work is underway, including installation of the façade system and architectural lighting system. Production of translucent structures has been launched.
At the end of the quarter, the project is at the stage of engineering, façade and interior work.
