During the first quarter of 2026, a range of works on the engineering equipment and interior design of the building were carried out on the project.
The bulk of the work focused on the installation of utility systems. Work is underway on the electrical systems, including the feeder cable, water supply (hot and cold water), ventilation, and air conditioning. Low-voltage networks and a fire suppression system are also being installed.
Interior work included installing floor screeds, constructing interior partitions, and finishing work in the units. Meanwhile, preparation and implementation of the show units is underway, including the supply of materials and furniture.
Additionally, work is being carried out to install translucent structures and improve the area.
At the end of the quarter, the project is in the active stage of engineering and interior work.
