In the first quarter of 2026, construction work was carried out simultaneously on a separate building and a complex of villas at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bali Anta project.
Monolithic work on the hotel building has been fully completed: vertical structures and floor slabs have been erected. Concurrently, interior work has begun, including the installation of walls and partitions, as well as plastering.
Work on the 1BR and 2BR villas at various stages of construction was completed within the villa complex. This included the installation of foundation slabs, vertical structures, and floors. Foundation waterproofing was also completed.
Construction is being carried out in parallel across several zones, ensuring smooth progress throughout the project.
At the end of the quarter, the project is in the active structural and initial interior construction phase.
