During this period, a significant amount of work was completed on the façade, engineering systems, interior decoration, rooftop and adjacent territory.
Facade and exterior appearance
One of the main results of the summer was significant progress on the façade work. By the end of the period, the façade was nearly complete, and the building was looking closer to its final appearance.
Work continued on installing translucent structures, the façade system, and exterior finishing elements. Meanwhile, railings are being installed on the guestroom balconies.
Significant work has also been completed in the surrounding area. Backfilling has been completed around the perimeter of the complex, and road preparation has begun.
Rooftop
A separate stage of work is devoted to the rooftop development. Here, space formation continues, including the installation of fencing and the preparation of various functional zones.
In parallel, engineering work and installation of equipment necessary for the further completion of the facility are being carried out.
Interior work and engineering
Inside the building, work is gradually shifting towards finishing and furnishing.
The finishing of the rooms, as well as the installation and finishing of ceilings and floors on the balconies, continues.
At the same time, installation of engineering systems is carried out: power supply, ventilation and air conditioning, hot and cold water supply, fire safety and low-current systems.
Thus, over the summer, the project entered a phase where external work is being completed and the interior space of the future hotel is being formed.
Show unit
Another important achievement was the completion of the show unit. It already allows us to assess what the performance will look like once the design concept is realized.
However, the current version is not final: the team continues to work on the interior, making it even higher quality and in line with the requirements of the Radisson Hotel Group brand.
The site underwent another inspection by a commission of representatives from Radisson's head office in Indonesia.
During the inspection, specialists assessed the quality of construction work and the project's compliance with the international standards of the Radisson Individuals brand. The commission also reviewed the implementation of key design decisions and the current state of readiness of the facility.
The inspection was successful. Following the inspection, specialists identified a number of areas that could be improved during the current construction phase. All recommendations were implemented by the team.
